Worshop on Meditation- using music-n-dance!

I am conducting a workshop on an Active Meditation technique -a scientifically developed unique method. It is of particular relevance in today’s age as it uses music-n-dance as its base (making it appealing to all of us) and has scientific stages leading to the reduction of stress and anxiety, releasing positive energies from within, rejuvenating the quality of life and leading to self-awareness.
There are stages(music changes at every stage) which scientifically lead one from the mind chakra to the heart and finally to the solarplexes- seat of all energy. Once we allow and let go of ourselves, the process automatically takes us to a stage of peace,awareness and rejuvenation.
